The name evolved during a discussion about business names many years ago with a wonderful woman who was an honest, reliable and trustworthy friend. A friend who was a brilliant lawyer and always displayed unquestionable integrity and fairness in every thing she did. Admirable qualities that underpins Two Spots Legal and guide Yolanda's day to day life more broadly.

Fees

Whilst some legal matters are charged via a fixed fee (e.g. Conveyancing, Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardian etc.), criminal law matters are ordinarily charged via an hourly rate.

That doesn't mean that you will have no idea about what cost you will incur though.

Transparent Pricing

Two Spots Legal will provide you with a Costs or Fee Agreement setting out the estimated costs for your matter.

Regular Updates

You will receive an Invoice monthly, or after every court appearance so that you can be kept informed about the costs as your matter progresses.

No Surprises

If something changes in your matter that is likely to affect the estimated costs, you will be provided with an update so that you are never taken by surprise.

Legal Aid Assistance

Two Spots Legal can also assist you if you are entitled to legal aid. What this means is that Two Spots Legal will act for you, just like a legal aid lawyer.

We can also help you in working out whether you're eligible for legal aid funding and if so, can assist you with the application process.
